REF Equality Impact Assessment
The University has conducted an Equality Impact Assessment on their policy and procedures for selecting staff for the Research Excellence Framework, as set out in "Assessment framework and guidance on submissions", this is to ensure that REF2014 selection processes are fair and transparent and to ensure that the University fulfils its obligations to promote good equality practice.
