Working Lives policies

The University has a range of working lives policies on the HR website to support colleagues at key stages in their lives.

The HR website includes sections on:

• Birth and adoption
• Flexible Working
• Related Policies (compassionate and domestic leave; job share; career breaks)
• Childcare facilities and information

The Working Families website has information for working parents and carers and their employers to help with finding a better balance between responsibilities at home and work.

The Fatherhood Institute website provides advice and support fathers and mothers as earners and carers.
