This section provides practical information for staff working at the University.  In particular, we’ve produced practical good practice guides on specific equality issues, such as booking a sign language interpreter and responding to requests for flexibility on grounds of religion.

This section also contains information about the staff training opportunities offered by the Equality Policy Unit and describes the various equality-related sources of support for staff members themselves for example, staff networks, information on prayer and contemplation facilities and policies to support staff who have caring responsibilities.
