Stephanie Amor

I joined the Equality Policy Unit as an Equality and Inclusion Officer in December 2020.  I lead on the University’s Race and Gender initiatives, which feeds into the Equality and Inclusion Framework.  The aim is to ensure that equality and inclusion is embedded in policy and practice across the organisation.  My work supports the University’s ambition to create an inclusive environment that attracts, develops and retains the best students and staff from all backgrounds from across the world and supports them in delivering their ambitions, contributing to our institutional strategic aims.

I have a degree in International Business Management and Spanish and have worked in a variety of private sector recruitment, HR and project management roles. I also have experience within Student Recruitment and marketing.
