We have been reviewing our processes around the way staff and students can change their identity on University systems.
Following review of the processes and web form by our stakeholder networks, we are currently implementing changes in response to the feedback we have received. The form will undergo a further round of testing whilst communications to colleagues are being prepared week commencing 7 March.
The form will go live by Friday 18 March, this will be supported by communications including meetings written communications to teams involved in the processes, and all-staff communications.
Testing of the processes to change or remove data from the in-scope applications will continue throughout the launch period and will be expanded to a wider suite of applications as part of the next phase of the project. A Project Manager, Ahmed Desai, has recently been appointed to drive this forward.
