The Women at Leeds Network is open to all female colleagues at the University, academic and professional. It has two key strands of focus:
- A monthly network meeting, called “Start the month with …” takes place on either the first Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of each month, on a rotating basis. It allows members the opportunity to meet female colleagues from across the University and invited speakers to offer experiences of career journeys, advice and support. Where possible the network will try to record and share sessions.
- An email network for sharing details of events and opportunities
If you would like to join this network, go to: W@LN mailing list subscription.
The actual and virtual networks are open to everyone at the University.
Update 3 July 2019: Notes from the Annual Conference 2019 with members’ thoughts on what main themes and priorities the Network should be taken up in 2019-20, ideas for future events plus thoughts on how to make the Network more effective are available on the EIU news pages.
